Leak Surveys in Marietta
Investigate Water Loss Without Unnecessary Property Damage
A leak survey systematically investigates suspected water loss when the source isn’t clear. Rather than focusing on a single stain, damp area, or fixture, it considers the available evidence and potential leak locations before repair or access work begins.
Warning signs may include an unexplained increase in the water bill, running-water sounds when fixtures are off, warm or cold floor spots, unusually wet ground, or a water meter that keeps moving when no water is being used. Non-invasive testing can narrow the likely source before walls, slabs, landscaping, or pavement are opened.

More Than 40 Years of Non-Invasive Leak Detection
We bring more than 40 years of leak-detection industry experience to homes, businesses, and municipal properties. Our technicians use advanced equipment and methods to locate hidden water and sewer leaks while avoiding unnecessary damage.
A leak survey serves a different purpose from a single-point inspection. An inspection typically focuses on one suspected fixture or location, while a survey can evaluate a broader system when the source remains uncertain. Detection is also separate from repair: it provides clearer direction about where access, maintenance, or corrective work may be needed.
What you can expect from our service:

“Jim came on two different leak situations. The first time was an absolute ludicrous leak that the water company said has used 400,000 gallons of water in 1 month. So they turned our water off. Jim resolved that issue and worked with our insurance company and it was very smooth going. They spotted the leak and it was fixed and then noticed another area that might be a problem, but no water leaking. They warned us of this area. Five months later we noticed a bill that was going up. Sure enough, we called Jim again and out he came and found the leak and it was under a sink and pinpointed that leak and it was resolved immediately. Jim is such a nice person and so easy to talk with and communicate with when a woman is all but looney with NO WATER. And, a second leak. All was a very good experience with such a monumental leak.”- Phyllis M.
